After 2 weeks of crazy assignments/presentations and tests came a long weekend for us to unwind. Started last friday. Laser tag at crown. After all the hype for laser tag, it turned out to be rather boring. We came out after the first round complaining how hot & stuffy it was inside and how uninteresting it turned out to be. Guess we got cheated by 'How I met your mother'. Barney made it look so fun.
Then came Saturday. R-roadtrip!!! Rented a car and headed to Williamstown for the best fish & chips in town and crepes at an old chapel. The crepes were awesome! The staff, however, was a mother fucking racist bitch. We went to this drive-in movie (damn cool!) and watched the lousiest films ever - Hot tub time machine & Kick-ass. Don't watch it please, it's a waste of money. Dinner at coconut house (awesome new supper place!) and supper at pancake parlour. Pancake parlour is awesome because of how the place is decorated.
And yesterday, dinner at the guys' house for dinner. CRABS! 3 huge ass crabs for $148!! Plus many other food. I made a baked mash potato pie. It was OMG! according to the guys. Fucking sarcastic bastards. But dinner was great. So was the board games.
Went to Brunswick today because the guys wanted to get winter coats. Had $4 salmon pizza at Bimbo's. Cheap and bloody good!
Finally i'm home early for the first time in 3 days. Am so worn out from staying out late and going out. Plus there's classes tmr. Why the fuck does all the public holiday falls on the day that I don't have classes! Looking forward to John Mayer next week and 5-6 more weeks to SG!
